Commissions

I primarily work by custom commission pieces but do have some available inventory if you love an existing painting.

Here is how the commission process works:  I first ask my client which pieces they gravitate towards on my website. Next, we focus on desired colors. We can work across color palettes and art styles to meet your needs. For instance, you may love the palette of the Garden Series paintings, but you like the black and white style with pops of color Salutation Series pieces. We can work between these two preferences for your piece. 

Location is next. I ask what environment it will be in. If it has an intended destination, I would ask to be sent some pictures of the space, and any colors or patterns it will be around (mailing swatches is helpful too, especially wall color if I am doing a light0-neutral piece). Through email and possible phone calls, I will get a vision and the feel for your art piece. Towards completion, I would email a photo of the piece. Any color, or element can be changed or tweaked! Bottom line, I want you to LOVE your painting as it is intended to make you happy each time you see it. 

For my local clients, we can set-up a time to meet and see the space where it will go. I usually bring paintings from my inventory to discuss colors and subjects. To get started, I require 50% of the price of the piece. Prices generally range from $300-$3000 USD. Email with any questions or quote requests.
